We had originally purchased a different brand which was defective and had to be returned, this one had the functions we wanted and that's not a problem. We installed this as a free standing unit and not built into a shower switch so we had to get creative about covering up the ends to hide the plumbing that was not a problem although it would be nice if the manufacturer could offer end panels to snap on, I was tempted to give one less star for that but decided that the tub was still a good purchase.

Arrived just as described and the shipping was as expected and promised. It came delivered in a sturdy cardboard box. The tub was bubble wrapped inside which kept it from getting scratched. We have not fully installed it yet, but have done the rough-in work and all is going well. Looking forward to the finished moment so we can take a good long soak!

We love this bathtub, it is the perfect size so that I don't slip down into the water while reading my book. Also, because of its size, it fills up very quickly so you can relax at the drop of a hat! The first tub that we received was damaged but the seller sent a new one out ASAP and the delivery team took the damaged tub. The process was very easy and we are very happy to be bathing in luxury!
